These terms govern the sale of Northvane services and contain important information about refunds, cancellations, and service limitations.
1. Service Description and Pricing
Northvane offers subscription-based financial information and portfolio tracking services:
- Free Plan: Basic portfolio tracking with limited features
- Premium Plan: Advanced analytics, AI insights, and unlimited tracking
- Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for institutional users
All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
2.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

- All investment risks are borne entirely by you
- AI analyses may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Predictions do not guarantee future performance
4. Limitation of Liability for Financial Losses

Northvane shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from:
- Your use of our information, analysis, or recommendations
- Investment decisions made based on our content
- Market volatility, economic conditions, or external factors
- Technical issues, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analyses
- Delays or interruptions in market data transmission
You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.
Northvane's maximum liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid over the past 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Refund Terms
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription (EU consumer right)
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system
5.2 Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be provided for financial losses incurred from using our service
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with market performance or investment outcomes
- No refunds for account termination due to terms violations
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds for early cancellation
6.2 Service-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel your subscription for:
- Violation of our Terms of Use
- Fraudulent activity or payment issues
- Abuse of our service or other users
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at: support@northvane.app. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving your request. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For users in France, you may also contact the designated mediator: FEVAD e-commerce Mediator — 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris — https://www.mediateurfevad.fr.
